  9. An app-icon of the replacement-icon will appear on your WorkBench, so that
  10. you can drag easily all the ugly icons you want to replace with.
  11. You can set options on the ToolTypes, DefaultTool to keep.

  13. This version can manage the 'newicons' of the newicons system.
  14. (In that case, you must have the newicon.library for this feature.)
